Cost

The cost for the TMTools license and one hour of installation, configuration, and training services is $250 for the first user and $50 for each additional user.
TMTools is licensed for a specific Time Matters site, for Time Matters Enterprise (either SQL or MSDE) version 6 or later. The cost is based on the number of Time Matters user licenses, as shown in the Time Matters Help > About screen, regardless of how many actually use TMTools. Additional TMTools licenses must be purchased if additional Time Matters user licenses are added after the initial installation. Otherwise, TMTools will not function.
In addition, the licensee must purchase one Time Matters Datalink license, the $75 cost for which is included on the order form, and which we will order and install for you.
Additional consulting services are available at our standard rates. Email attachment and Microsoft SQL consulting is charged at $200 per hour. Standard training and support are charged at $150 per hour. Lower rates may apply for larger projects or production work.
There will be an additional charge for a future edition of TMTools that runs as a service, and for any future feature enhancements, including versions of TMTools that work with future Time Matters versions.
